Sabine Amend and Doug Cohen champion inter-generational community building in their work with youth and students. In a video, they explore various aspects of leadership, from its fundamental meaning to an "alchemy of imagination."

This interview was conducted by Barry Heidt at the SEED Graduate Institute's "Wisdom from the Origins" conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from September 13-17, 2012. Sabine Amend and Doug Cohen also led the conference's Youth Leadership and Scholarship Program.
