CISL and the Banking Environment Initiative have published "Let’s Discuss Climate: The essential guide to bank-client engagement." This guide equips relationship managers to discuss net-zero transition plans with clients and is also valuable for sustainability strategy teams. Access the guide here.

A webinar, held on May 25, 2021, detailed the guide's five-phase approach to client engagement. Chaired by Annabel Ross, it featured a presentation by Jasminka Enderle and a panel discussion with experts from HSBC, BNP Paribas, UNEP FI, and CISL, followed by a Q&A.
