This event, part of a worldwide initiative led by the International Telecommunication Union and aligned with the International Year of the Woman Farmer 2026, highlighted the empowerment of girls in ICT as both an equity issue and a strategic investment for future agrifood systems.

Kseniia connects her story to research on systemic barriers for highly skilled immigrant women, showing how trusted networks foster confidence and collective power. She founded Europe's largest Russian-speaking women's community (1,500+ members), empowering women as an entrepreneur.
