Brandon Dennison, founder and CEO of Coalfield Development, presented his innovative 33-6-3 Workforce Development Model. This model integrates 33 hours of on-the-job training, 6 hours of higher education, and 3 hours of personal development weekly, transforming workers and rebuilding the Appalachian economy by empowering individuals and communities impacted by economic crises.

Dennison, a lifelong West Virginian, leads Coalfield Development, which has launched over 50 social enterprises and trained over 1,200 people facing employment barriers. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University.
