Malik Amin Aslam, Pakistan's Federal Minister of Climate Change and elected Global Vice President of IUCN, discusses government climate efforts. Mr. Aslam has led Pakistan's climate change negotiations at various COP meetings since 1999 and advises the Chinese government on environmental policy on the Eco-Forum Global's International Advisory Council. He holds an MBA (McGill) and MSc (Oxford), researching emissions trading.
