Katsi Cook, a traditional Mohawk healer, midwife, and environmental health researcher, works to restore midwifery and herbalism in indigenous communities. She has extensively documented the effects of toxic pollutants on the Iroquois Six Nations tribes. This speech was presented at the 1999 Bioneers National Conference.
