Rajib Gangopadhyay, Founder of EMotorad, will be talking about his ideas on how to play our part in building an Electric Vehicle Ecosystem in India, its components and how we can adopt this technology to make sure we leave the world a better place for the generations after us. Rajib Gangopadhyay is the Founder of EMotorad, the most promising eBike startup in India. During his days as an engineering student, Rajib ventured into the field of entrepreneurship and thought up the idea of bringing eBikes to India. Rajib's dream is to play a vital role in helping India shift to Electric Vehicles. He wants to establish EMotorad as a worldwide Indian brand delivering the best Electric Vehicles. His passion and hardwork have led to him exploring a new, cleaner world for us all. From farm to plate, our food plays an important role in how we tackle climate change. Since the beginning of the agricultural revolution, we have utilised extractive, traditional farming practices in order to produce enough food to meet the needs of an ever-increasing global population. People are eating more food with less nutritional value. Is it possible to grow our food in ways that provide more valuable nutrients through regenerative and restorative practices? These are the highlights from the episode that was streamed live on our channels on 16th March. We heard from Sheena Shah, the Permaculture Design Consultant and Director at Harvesting for Good East Africa; Nicole Gobeth to understand the role of policy and how her initiative, Connect the Dots, is creating a circular economy for food in São Paulo. We also heard from Jeanette Coombs-Lanot from Danone to discuss the role played by large consumer-facing businesses and learn how they are ensuring that the food they produce for our plates is managed regeneratively.
