She has developed environmental and sustainability programs for major organizations including Magna International, Target, and Knoll Inc., focusing on compliance, risk management, sustainable design, and supply chain transparency.

With degrees in Environmental Science and Environmental Communications, Emma is a recognized expert, having spoken at the World Environmental Education Congress on environmental connection and stewardship.
