Leroy encourages the youth to in the society to accept change in the local community. Leroy is a social entrepreneur, inquisitive learner, innovator and prober. He co-founded Greenpact, a social enterprise with his high school friends from Kenya in 2013, offering clean renewable Biogas solutions to institutions and homes in Kenya. His work with Greenpact has been featured in CNN, Upworthy, Grist, Huffington Post, Forbes, Fast Company and national media houses in Kenya. His calling to avail a similar platform—of design thinking—available to him as at founding Greenpact, led him to founding CampBuni, a conscious social enterprise that offers Human Centered Design This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
