Interviews with three respected Oregon cannabis leaders revealed that confidence, a strong mind, passion, and knowledge are crucial. Success also requires respect for industry advocates and a deep, abiding love for the plant itself, as straying from this focus can lead to difficulties and diminish enjoyment.
