The sixth-edition TEDxYouth@DPSMIS, a student-led initiative, was held on November 5, 2020. The event featured Mr. Jose Saucedo, an American industrial engineer turned full-time environmental activist. His talk, "Fighting Plastic Pollution, one person at a time," highlighted his impactful work.

As leader of the Doha Environmental Action Project (DEAP) for over 2.5 years, Saucedo has mobilized more than 8,000 volunteers, removing over 102 tonnes of trash from Qatar's shores. He has also delivered awareness presentations to over 50 institutions and secured participation from notable figures. This independently organized TEDx event followed the TED conference format.
