Despite ongoing CO2 emission challenges, the renewable energy sector is growing rapidly. Building on this, we host a two-part panel discussion with B Corps leading SDG 7: Affordable & Clean Energy. This event, part of B Lab's "17 days for 17 goals" campaign, highlights the B Corp movement's commitment to the 2030 SDG agenda.

Part 1 will explore the vital role of businesses in the energy transition, with experts sharing insights on scaling solutions across diverse markets. Part 2 will focus on collaboration, presenting a case study with Patagonia’s "We The Power" and REScoop, offering unique perspectives on community-led transformation, company-non-profit partnerships, and actionable advice for advancing SDG 7 and reducing impact.

The "Just Transitions" panel took place on June 25, 2025, as part of the Global Women's Assembly for Climate Justice: Path to COP30 and Beyond, hosted by the Women's Earth and Climate Network (WECAN) from June 23-28. Panelists included gina cortés valderrama (Colombia), Lorraine Chiponda (Zimbabwe), Serena Mendizábal (Canada), Ayshka Najib (UAE), and Margaret Kwateng (USA).

Organized by WECAN, the Assembly convened over 125 grassroots and frontline women leaders, global advocates, and policymakers from 50 countries. Across 25 unique panels, speakers presented diverse visions, projects, and strategies to accelerate a bold and transformative path toward a healthy and just world.
