Including diverse young environmentalists is crucial for effective action.

Armon Alex, a young climate activist, co-founded the Gulf of Mexico Youth Climate Summit and Project WAVES, a student-led water quality initiative. He empowers young leaders in climate communication and serves on Corpus Christi's Environmental Task Force. Maggie Peacock, also a co-founder of the Gulf of Mexico Youth Climate Summit, works with youth organizations and hosts community events.
